Abstract:
What makes a leader great? Because we measure leaders through the lens of our own life experiences, this question stimulates a wide range of opinions and emotions. For these reasons, Tim Stratman considers this is to be one of the most compelling topics in business today.
Tim believes that recognizing our unique associations to “leadership” and better understanding their implications is fundamental to developing a successful leadership style. Our associations to the word “Leadership” affects our judgments, operating style, and approach to most everything we do in business.
Tim Stratman facilitated the NAER membership through a highly participative program which allowed participants to share their personal views of leadership. Using dynamic breakout groups Tim facilitated the teams as they shared opinions, insights, and considered implications. The result was a highly engaging and insightful 90 minute program.
