Abstract:
Many describe today’s business environment as dynamic and uncertain: a world of shifting sands. No doubt, rapid globalization, technological innovation, highly dynamic business models and other factors have created challenges which certainly feel like a “new world”. How has this dynamic environment affected leadership behavior? Has it had any effect at all?
Some believe that when it comes to leadership behavior “the more things change, the more they stay the same”. Others believe we are undergoing a revolutionary period in business where leadership behavior is changing as fast as the environment.
Tim Stratman facilitated the AAHC membership through a highly participative program which allowed participants to share their observations on how their client’s leadership behavior has been impact by this environment. Using dynamic breakout groups, Tim facilitated the teams as they shared opinions, insights, and considered implications. The result was a highly engaging and insightful 90 minute program.
